Helping Dr Malmgren is Nicholas Glinsman, whose background at hedge fund Brevan Howard and Salomon Brothers necessitated its own network of policymakers and influencers. In addition, he has a strong track record in predicting election outcomes and critical legislative votes in the US, UK and the countries of the EU.
